Jeff Razaq and his team, has been at the forefront (or "sharp end", if you prefer) of lead generation for many years and has gained a reputation for success in the business ventures in which he has been involved.

Starting in the import/export markets, Jeff soon found that his ability to drive a business forward, in spite of any prevalent market conditions, gained him an enviable reputation and brought him many opportunities.

He was invited into, and enjoyed a very successful career within the home improvement industry, specialising in sales management where he learned the industry standard sales systems but developed them much further. Using his natural flair for lead generation and his ambition to be at the top (indeed the Pinnacle) he steered his own sales teams to be winners by focusing them on the quality of the lead, generating better and converting more effectively than their competition.

Although limited to operating from within the standard control systems such as the "T" bar  racks ("Green" for sale gained, "Blue" for Pitch and Miss, and "Pink" for blow-out etc), and utilising the standard lead generation methods from Door canvassing, Foot soldiering, mail response and tele-marketing, Jeff soon added his own unique methods to speed up the response times, add quality to the prospect contact and service levels, and kept all concerned fully focused whilst ensuring that winners were rewarded and that those struggling received both help and training to maximise their personal potential.

While Jeff Razaq maintained and developed his expertise in lead generation techniques, he quickly saw an expanding market in the finance industry, who were a necessary component behind the expansion in the home improvement industry. It therefore seemed to Jeff a perfectly natural step to continue to generate leads but to expand the scope to include the finance industry itself. Naturally his new company became "Pinnacle" Finance and quickly earned its stripes, and is rightly proud of its status as directly authorised by the FSA. It continues to generate quality finance leads for many aspects of the industry inclusive of secured loans, re-mortgaging, mortgages, insurance etc.

Never satisfied with the standard of support his business received from call centres, Jeff set about developing his own, and now has the in-house back up of a "state-of-the-art" 20+ seater contact centre who manage outbound /inbound calls both for B2C and B2B. His team developed VoIP systems (where appropriate) and traditional systems alike, dialers, call-queuing methods, messaging services, virtual office support systems, and even their own lead generation software system called "Acceptor".

As so much of what he does for clients involves handling vast amounts of data, both in-house (we currently have “opt-in permission” data approaching 30,000,000 records) and client data he took on a professional data manager so that confidentiality and security is constantly monitored and preserved.

Wherever data is managed for a client, he will ensure that their data is fully protected and, when requested, will request that the data management team clean the data, maintain it in the most effective format, and return it in better condition and warmer than when it was obtained.
