A: The standard limit is 159 characters     

Q: How do I top up my account?
A: Simple – we can operate a simple pay as you go system – you generate credits and then these are deducted as you use the system – you control the rate of flow – simply add to your account to top it up – any problem – simply call us

Q: Is HTML mail supported?
A: Generally speaking most of your recipients will have Outlook or Outlook Express which will display the message. If your customer has disabled this for any reason the systems will automatically generate a text only version

Q:  If I send you my voice files in what format should they be? 
A: We are pleased to accept both wav and MP3 files to adopt for your account

Q: Can I add images to my HTML e-mail message? 
A: Images should be linked from your website, using the fully qualified path
